Yes we take care of the whole process for you from the initial order right through to packing and shipping
CAN I VISIT YOUR FACTORY?
Yes we would be happy to give you the grand tour. We are located in Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia. The closest airport is Semarang and we can organise a pick up for you. We also have teams in Bali and Europe for any face to face meetings you may require.
IS YOUR WOOD LEGAL?
Yes our wood is legal and it comes from sustainable forests. For every piece of furniture ordered we will plant a tree to give back to Mother Nature

You can email us a list of all of your desired products with the corresponding ID numbers and the quantities needed.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM I CAN ORDER?
We advise to make the most out of the container space. So 28CBM for the 20ft container and 58CBM for the 40ft container. We do not sell single items as we are retail suppliers.
I HAVE MY OWN FURNITURE DESIGNS. CAN YOU MAKE THESE FOR ME?
We would be happy to make bespoke designs for you. We would need some drawings, pictures or examples to show our designers and we would also need the quantity too. We have completed many custom made jobs so this will not be a problem for our skilled team.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FROM ORDER TO COMPLETION?
Lead times will vary slightly dependant upon the complexity of design and the quantity. We do advise of a standard 60 – 90 day lead time after the initial deposit has been received.
AFTER I HAVE ORDERED HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY ORDER?
Our dedicated quality control team will be on the factory floor in Jepara daily to send you weekly updates and pictures. Your sales representative will also be there for you throughout the whole process.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes we can ship to any country around the globe. After we have located your nearest sea port we can prepare a quotation arranged by our nominated shipping agent.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The price does vary and is constantly changing. Part of our promise is to find you the most competitive pricing and we will work with various companies to get you the best deal. It does however depend on where you are and the volume of your order.
DO YOU ORGANISE SHIPPING?
We work with a handful of trusted freight forwarding agents and guarantee the very best shipping conditions for your items. We offer a door to door service and can take care of all logistical requirements however our clients are free to nominate and use their own agents if preferred.
HOW DO I PAY?
Production of our clients orders are initiated upon receipt of the 60% deposit. The remaining 40% balance payment would be due prior to the loading of the container.
WHAT ARE THE PRICE CONDITIONS?
All prices given and confirmed are set and we try to keep our pricing competitive whilst keeping quality at the forefront of our business. There are no hidden fees.
CAN YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT?
Discounts are available upon request however only on set items that we advertise on our website and price lists. Discounts are not offered against custom made items that are not in line with our standardised dimensions. Please reference discounts within the initial stage of the order in process.
WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
All of our invoices are in USD.
We do not accept cheques or bank cheques.
All wire transfers details will be included within our clients invoice.
